Want to go private? von Sarah Darer Littman hat bei mir ein riesen Interesse an Internet bezogenen Romanen ausgelöst. Ich habe mal ein bisschen auf Goodreads recherchiert und will euch einige sehr interessante Bücher zeigen, die ich sofort auf meine Wunschliste gesteckt habe :)

Exposed ist, denke ich, ähnlich wie Want to go private?. Das will ich aufjedenfall noch lesen, wann weiß ich noch nicht. Hoffentlich ist das genauso gut wie Littmans Buch - wäre aufjedenfall toll :) Mehr Bücher in die Richtung, in die Exposed und Want to go private? gehen, habe ich leider nicht mehr gefunden. Ich bin aber sehr offen für Vorschläge :)

Auch wenn Are U 4 real? von Sara Kadefors nicht so rasant wie die beiden anderen Bücher klingt, hört sich das ganze dennoch interessant an. Spannend finde ich übrigens auch, dass die Autorin Schwedin ist (aber noch in Schweden WOHNT) und das Buch in der englischen Form geschrieben hat, denke ich. Es gibt jedenfalls keine schwedische Fassung.

[Wunschliste] Römische Geschichte

Ich habe mir mal was neues ausgedacht: Wunschliste. Diese Kategorie wird wahrscheinlich eher rar gehalten sein, da ich nicht finde, dass ich euch über jedes neue Buch auf meiner Wunschliste informieren soll, aber von einigen würde ich euch gerne dennoch erzählen.

So habe ich beispielsweise vor ein paar Tagen book recommendations bei Goodreads "beantragt", die in der römischen Geschichte handeln. Im Lateinunterricht übersetzen wir oft (ist ja irgendwie klar), dafür wird aber oft auch einiges an Hintergrundwissen benötigt (was unter Lehrer uns nur bereitwillig stellt, muss sagen, der ist ein bisschen redselig). Besonders die Zeit um Helena und Achilles, Romulus und Remus und so weiter interessiert mich sehr. Aber im Allgemeinen "königliche" oder "göttliche" Geschichten habens mir irgendwie angetan.
So kommts, dass ich mich sehr für die römische Geschichte interessiere. Hier zwei Bücher, die mir empfohlen wurden und sich sehr gut anhören:
